Then Roman moved to Cyprus in June 2015, and decided to set up his own theatre.
«I didn't want to think of complicated names anymore, I’ve had enough of it in my job in advertising» - a young director says. «It occurred to me that I should give it a simple title «Roman Volkov's Theatre». So in a case of a mistake or failure everybody would understand that it's my fault, and not abstract theatre’s. It would be great if everyone treated work like that. Then Roman met talented young actresses and for the first time began producing a play of the Polish writer Krzysztof Bisew.
